Interesting title! By denying and avoiding looking into the causes and conditions of daily existential suffering we are trapped by it! Buddha pointed a path to true happiness, peace and liberation that is not dependent on external events and situations but mindfulness of one’s own breath, feelings, thinking, mind objects and state of mind here and now. This allows us to recognize unskillful habits and naturally learn skillful ways to dance with life.
