When choosing a full size work desk, think of the space and how the design and colour of your desk works with the rest of the furniture in your office or room. While electric standing desks are more expensive, they over the convenience of raising or lowering the desk with a push of a button. Crank based adjusters take a longer time as you would need to manually crank up or down the desk to the desired height.

While these are height adjustable, it requires the height to be fixed prior to using. Unlike electric or crank operated adjustable height desks, these are pretty much adjust to fit and stay that way during use. To change the desk height would require all load to be removed. Up to two screws will need to come out on either side, and at least one other person to hold the desk or lay it on its side to refit the screws after sliding the stands to the desired height. This is suitable as a work desk, a standing desk next to a standard sitting desk if you have the room for it.
