We live in a society that has pigeon-holed each person in to either a ‘creative’ or a ‘analytical-logical’ person, and it appears that almost all of us have bought in to this belief.
There are experts and then there are the rest of us. Us who don’t believe we are good enough or know enough to share or teach what we think we know.
The explosive growth of online micro-businesses has been nothing short of astounding. The ability for the average person, to now get started simply with a computer connected online, and reach hundreds of thousands even millions of people on a daily basis, offers a tiny insight in to the true potential of working online.

Over the past few weeks, I have been trying to understand why so many people recommend forgiveness as a way to move forward.
It seems incredulous but for a long, long time, I could not understand the need for forgiveness. It isn’t that I live alone in a cave and have no friends or that I hold grudges forever more!
‘O, be still my wandering mind’
The recent explosion of spiritual practices and the greater embracing of Eastern traditions in the West have brought meditation to the foreground, so much so that it is now common practise, accepted and embraced by main stream.
With the beginning of each new day comes the promise of another wholly embracing, potential-filled experience, yet the presence and setting of each day anew starts long before you awaken when the alarm goes off, or when the sunshine comes flooding in to your room.
We have all been there, haven’t we? That seemingly prolonged phase in life where we suddenly feel as if we’ve been cast adrift, as if stranded on a small raft in the middle of the vast ocean of uncertainty.
As I shared the details of a recent conversation with an acquaintance, on my Facebook page recently and was both pleased and surprised and the attention it garnered.
On hindsight however, I wondered, why is it that we, with all of our intelligence and knowledge, us of the highest order of development, fail to realise that no where else in the natural world is there a definition of ‘less than perfect’.
Haven’t you realised that
the beauty that you see in each flower petal
the awe you feel watching the sun rise
and set over the horizon…
In desperation and depression I begged,
“Please! Dear Universe, we need your help.
We’re down to our last pennies
And we need something to change”.
As my mind silenced and my heart eased,
This is how the Universe replied.
Know that everything,
every single thing is always working out for you
Everything that you are working on now,
will turn to gold
No matter how difficult and big
Or how small and seemingly insignificant,
Everything that you do is of great,
great value.
There is no one else on this earth,
Or anywhere else in this Universe,
Who has had your experiences and perspectives.
Your ideas, ideals, thoughts,
emotions and beliefs are so valuable
to the whole world and everyone in it,
because there is no one else
who is able to bring your message,
your experience and your expertise
forth to share.
Know that you are on a path that is truly yours,
for no one else before you or after you
will every walk that same path again.
And most of all, Trust,
Trust that all will be well.
